With the continuous expansion of colleges and universities, the number of students has increased dramatically, the demands of the teaching quality in colleges and universities also face a huge challenge, teachers’ teaching quality directly affects the quality of the whole school, how to use modern information technology to effectively evaluate the teachers’ teaching quality, to the improvement of teaching quality has a positive effect.Paper the brief introduction of the teaching quality evaluation, on the basis of the research background, according to the ningbo、derviser college teaching quality evaluation and monitoring work in recent years on the actual situation, combined with the school in the aspect of teaching quality evaluation and monitoring of exploration and practice, to the quality of teaching evaluation and monitoring system of research and development as an opportunity to design the significance and necessity of the teaching quality assessment and monitoring system.Firstly, this paper discusses the background of the research on the evaluation system of teaching quality in Ningbo Dahongying University, analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the teaching quality evaluation management in recent years. In order to identify the function list and specification of the system, the optimization of each process is carried out. Based on the analysis and research of teaching quality evaluation system, the system is designed and studied, and the overall structure of the system is described. Then, six core modules:business analysis, structure analysis and data analysis, three core modules:basic information management, evaluation index management, student evaluation, peer evaluation, management, and system management. At the same time, the system data analysis, drawing the entity relationship, given the E-R diagram, the logical structure of the database. At last, the research and analysis of the teaching quality evaluation system of Ningbo Dahongying University is summarized and the prospect is made.Investigation showed that the systematic analysis of the results meet the functional requirements, and actively implement the teaching quality evaluation work scientific, easy and comprehensive, so as to improve the efficiency and quality of teaching management, and laid a certain foundation for the decision of the leader.
