The subject needs specific software development that can acquire software requirement analysis which based on the principle of software engineering topics, the proposed of modular software development is puted that based on the soft requirement analysis. In the software development process, we analyzed the research enterprise core data, established a database for enterprise information management system. Finally, we completed the software system of enterprise information management, In this Process,we used object-oriented Delphi language with main language and DLL language, Mean While the software system has been established according to enterprise business process division.In this paper it mainly introduced the key problems of software development, this paper iscusses the background and significance of enterprise information; Introduced the key technology in the process of software development; The key demand for enterprise informatization made detailed analysis; On the basis of the analysis of enterprise information demand using SQL and Delphi language to complete the entire software system development.In a word, the subject of the research results as follow:The problem and improvement programm of the enterprise traditional business operation has been puted forward and has been applied in the enterprise which based on the full investigation of existing business operations information management methods.We investigate the enterprise core data for business operations information management system design and implementation of a solid security database system.In the software design process, we use of the Delphi language and C/S architecture which complete the object-oriented application development.We establish the software system,which through divied business operation in different department and used the different software modular function with Delphi language and DLL language.
