Analysis And Design Of Dehong Transmission Resource Management System

The SQL Server-based transmission resource management system is proposed mainly against the current situation of the transmission room's data management of Yunnan Dehong Branch of China Telecom. Since the transmission maintenance is a job related not only to the software management and data allocation, but also to the hardware dispatch and skip connection, opening an item of business needs to install the equipment, allocating the data, dispatching the optical fiber cables, dispatching the cables, etc., in which the optical fiber cables involve in the allocation of ODF equipment, the cables involves in the allocation of DDF and different transmission equipment has an independent set of software system. In line with the concept of "Serve wholeheartedly and customers upmost" posed by China Telecom, reducing the fault hours and raising customers'contentedness has become a focus for the maintenance work, so a special resource data system is needed for the management of various data.On the basis of the current situation of the transmission resource management and the actual condition of the local network in Dehong prefecture as well as in accordance with the regulations of China Telecom on transmission maintenance, the present paper aims to realize a special transmission resource management suitable for Dehong with the application of databank and computer technology. The paper specifically describes the framework of the transmission resource management system, the realization of the functions and the requirement of the system for the transmission resource maintenance management, presenting a technical scheme for the relevant functions of data management, statistics, summarization, etc. as well as a routine management method for the system.
