The current TD-SCDMA network in China has gradually commercial use, in order to ensure normal operation of TD-SCDMA networks; network management system is also being closely drums to construction. TD-SCDMA network management system according to the functions can be divided into two tiers, the bottom is the equipment manufacturers that the Operation and Maintenance Management System Center OMC, to complete the network element equipment; the upper level is an integrated network management system NMS, to complete the reunification of the whole network of resources management and monitoring, primarily to the whole network of OMC in the various factories to process the data collected available to the system after maintenance personnel and customers, thereby on the whole network for performance monitoring and optimization. However, the whole network equipment from different vendors, each vendor developed by OMC system provides an interface to the NMS is also varied. To address the coexistence of multi-vendor equipment, caused by network management interface inconsistencies,3GPP in the TS32 series of standards defines Itf-N where the concept of OMC by its very nature is to provide an interface to the NMS into a standard interface, enabling NMS to the interface through the North Any vendor OMC.To address the above problems, this paper presents a technique based on CORBA Itf-N adapter implementations, and completes the performance management system design and implementation. Paper first mobile communications in the field of TD-SCDMA systems, telecommunications management network theory and CORBA technologies were studied. Mainly includes network management system structure and management model, focused on the architecture defined in the network management interface for analysis. CORBA technology, mainly CORBA architecture and core technology for the analysis, focusing on CORBA technology demonstrated the feasibility of the network management.Based on the above theoretical analysis, given the concept and defined the location of Itf-N in the network management framework, focusing on the implications of the interfaces described. Then, through the interface functional requirements, interface features a detailed analysis, using CORBA interface technology to complete the Itf-N design. Finally, the paper proposes a TD-SCDMA network management Itf-N system to the implementation of the program, according to this program defines a system as a whole framework to interface to performance management as an example to elaborate the system implementation process. Finally, the Itf-N performance management system testing verifies the feasibility of the program.
