Research And Implementation Of Health Information Platform For Rural Residents

The computer application is being involved in every field of people's life. It has become an important way to use computer technology to make sure effective management of residents'healthy information. Now, the living standard of rural residents is being improved, people pay more attention to their health status, get to know more about medical science knowledge and increase their awareness about self health care constantly. In 2014, according to the spirit of the report of Health Work Conference in Hunan Province, it has been proposed to establish a health information platform for rural residents, in the interest of speeding up the file management about the residents'health information and perfecting the establishment of hygienic information system for rural residents.This paper, mainly based on the method of structured software development, aims to describe the development system for rural residents'health information platform which combines the usage of natural language and UML modeling language. This system is based on the development platform which adopts the Oracle 11g as its database and construct its structure by the way of the B/S/S multi-layer architecture. Its advanced technology includes HTML, CSS and JavaScript which developed mainly by the use of Java language.The main purpose of my research is to make the information technology serve the medical institutions and rural residents. The main focus of my research is to analyze the function of the platform about rural residents'health information and to develop the management system of residents'health card till make it come true. The design for this platform includes the management system of health card, public health, basic medical care, integrated management system and so on.Through the design and implementation of this platform, this paper desires to speed up the realization of the medical information management for the majority of community or rural residents and let the high quality medical service extend to ordinary people in the rural areas and meet the basic requirements for every user.
