The use of JSP achieves the basic structure of the system, and Hibernate+Struct2technology optimize the system, which improve maintainability and scalability of the system to a certain degree, as for database design, using SqlServer2008as database service, and the powerful search and addressing capability of the database ensure the quality of the system information storage and access.Core businesses of the system include:login and personal account management, unit management, project management, etc., of which login and personal account management is mainly used for achieving functions of user information management, user registration, login and information maintenance, etc.; unit management achieves different functions for different users, which mainly include editing unit information, declarer management, and entrusting units management for entrusting units, etc., and for competent organizations, businesses include:registration application of audit units, affiliated units management, affiliated declaratory users management, affiliated competent organizations management and users of competent organizations management; core businesses of project management include integrated query, declaration management, project approval management, intermediate inspection management and conclusion and acceptance management etc., and for declarers, the project management mainly consist of management of filling declaration, declaring project and project maintenance.The system eventually realize information management for Rizhao health scientific and technological information, to meet the basic needs of users to a great extent and improve the work efficiency and quality for users.
