The Design And Research On Key Technology Of Mobile Video Surveillance System

With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and hardware technology, in the field of surveillance, mobile multimedia communications has become a hot topic, as the further development of mobile communication technology, in the near future bandwidth certainly will be able to support large amounts of data, mobile video surveillance market will be greatly expanded, this paper is significant to research and design the mobile video surveillance system.In this paper, firstly the development of the mobile communication network and video surveillance are introduced briefly, then the basis of video surveillance technology are explained, on the basis of in-depth understanding of these technologies a new type of IP-based networks Mobile real-time video surveillance system architecture design and workflow are detailed described. The system is designed and implemented the remote mobile real-time video monitoring system for family based on C/S (Client/Server).This paper focuses on systems analysis and design, as well as mobile phone monitor client program,the alarm by SMS, MMS or Email a way to pass, so that reasonable. Mobile monitoring program communicates with the server via GPRS. Compared to conventional video surveillance systems, mobile alerts and mobile phone monitoring mode allows users anytime, anywhere to use a cell phone or monitoring software for real-time video surveillance to improve the usefulness of the surveillance. The results show that the novel design of the system can significantly improve the usefulness of video surveillance system, A good implementation to achieve the intended objectives and requirements.
