In recent years, TD-SCDMA industrialization in China is accelerateing while the development of TD-SCDMA terminal test is the most important work. The author participated in the development of the first created TD-SCDMA terminals comprehensive tester at China during-the graduate study. The research result of this paper is the core work to realize the remote control of the TD-SCDMA terminals tester by GPIB. The main content of this research sums up as follows:Chapter 2 gives a general overview of GPIB bus. Then the characteristics of GPIB commands which conform to the SCPI standard are proposed.Chapter 3 is the research of GPIB command data structure. According the characteristics of GPIB commands at TD-SCDMA terminal tester, the ordinary tree is changed and a peculiar "GPIB command tree" is forwarded. Then the structure of the node at the GPIB command tree is designed. The key steps to build the GPIB command tree and how to check them are discussed. Based on the characteristics of GPIB command tree, the principle of how to parse it and how to get query results is discussed.Chapter 4 tells the application of GPIB data structure research above in the remote control of the TD-SCDMA terminals tester. According to the principles in chapter 3, three interface functions are generated for programming. Then how to use these functions when programming for the remote control of td-scdma terminal tester is illustrated.At Chapter 5, the thesis is summaried arid the research themes in the future are pointed out.
