| TD-SCDMA User Equipment has developed to a stage of a large-scale mass production from the stage of research and development. High demand for test set that is highly efficient and stable is spawned with the Telecommunication Industry development. At the beginning of the TD-SCDMA commercial, that the TD-SCDMA UE must also support the GSM standard is determined by the long-term coexistence of TD-SCDMA networks and GSM networks. The previous single-mode TD-SCDMA Communication Test set has been unable to meet the needs of production line of UE. It has no practical value when it can't support for GSM Comprehensive testing.With the whole process of theoretical research, system design, coding, integrated debugging, accuracy, stability, and efficiency verifying, achieved was the aims that is giving assistance to realization of TD-SCDMA & GSM multi-mode RF conformance test set. This thesis focuses on analysis of multi-mode tester system design and main control implementation. The main contents of this thesis are organized as following:At the beginning, the Test specification in RF Conformance of TD-SCDMA UE and the main test case in RF Conformance of GSM Mobile Station are dicussed. through in-depth study of GSM Test set which is commonly used, the needs of MS production line was summed up, the detailed functional requirements of multi-mode Test set are cleaned up.Secondly, the system design of multi-mode test set is implied based on the completion of the original single-mode test set, with purpose of completing the above requirements. After understanding the system design, mastering the function of all modules, and making the interface between any two modules clear, the main control software module design and implementation are achieved.In the end, the whole thesis is concluded.The results realized in this thesis have been applied to Multi-mode test set,which have been applied to the major chip makers and terminal manufacturers,receiving good social effect. |
