Design And Realization Of Fuzhou Telecommunication Broadband Management System

The current BSS (Business Support System) of Fuzhou telecommunications industry has many shortcomings at the aspects of inquiry, management and statistics of daily broadband work order. In order to improve work efficiency, facilitate information inquiry and realize refined management, it is especially important to develop a set of broadband management system appropriate for internal use.This paper describes the development and realization work of Fuzhou telecommunication broadband management system (hereinafter referred to as broadband management system). The broadband management system is an information management system based on C/S framework, including such functional modules as filing of user data, management and inquiry of work order progress, management and inquiry of fault progress, generation and export of report, access control and data maintenance etc.The paper makes a systematic analysis through preliminary investigation firstly, then makes overall structural design and detailed design of system, and then elaborates on the implementation methods of main functional modules of broadband management system and some important programming scripts and finally makes evaluation through the practical operation in production environment to propose comments on improvement. Through further perfection, it can effectively reduce management costs, improve customer satisfaction and realize information application.
