Research On The New Century Public Opinion Of Group Incidents By Chinese Mainland Media

In new century, many Group Events happens frequently, which greatly increased the uncertainty of social risk, not only their own public opinions intertwined, and accompanied by the mass media of information dissemination. "The news public opinions" in public emergencies play an increasingly prominent feature, with the help of the media to promote China's economic and social transformation.This article starts from the perspective of public opinion, then analyze the hiding, spreading, rising and falling evolution of Guizhou "6.28 Weng'an" group incidents's public opinion. It`s critically proposed that media reports encountered of conflict and the agenda set framework for building obstacles when resport the group incidents. The paper points that we should take active intervention and positive desensitization in the media as a basis to rebuild "interactive media, integrated framework" in group incidents as a architecture model. Formating the frame of the expansion between different news , then make themselves extending,enlarging and transfering , and realizing the connection, interaction and game among public opinion,government opinion and the news media . Articles use content analysis and discourse analysis to empirical research in this decade, the traditional media of mass incidents reports never reporting the supervision in the process of public opinion.
