Along with the continuous development of China’s informationization, the development of information technology has already become the necessary road for servicing the masses and improving the comprehensive national. Up to now, it is necessary to face the problem on the demand for a variety of fire forces construction level and modernization. The situation main reflects on the fire fighting forces not enough understanding and mastery of science and technology, the lack of knowledge, as well as the management of the technical equipment level no experience. Therefore, the fire army management system based on Web framework technology, comprehensive is imperative.This thesis uses the Web Application Project based on B/S structure to develop the equipment management system, and adopts the J2 EE developed and used by Sun’s enterprise. Moreover, the framework called Struts and Hibernate technology is applied. Then the fire brigade management system is realized through the agile development model MVC mode. The fire brigade management system is in line with national conditions before the opening stage, and thus this function is very comprehensive. The system is the combination of the "mode- View- Controller"(MVC) of the three-tier and Hibernate and Struts framework to build the main frame of the project. In addition, fuel management modules, equipment management module, traffic safety management module, fireboat management module, driver information management module and the air station management module functions are implemented through different iterations to achieve agile vehicle management module. The purpose of those functions is to add the information primarily, and implement the query function for retrieving information, which can ensure real-time update feature information and update function and delete functions. Through these different functions in different modules, application integration can be achieved throughout the system.The system implements the functional requirements of the customer demand required by the force of the fire, which can be effectively implemented in detail the various equipment and efficient management.
