In this paper, using the algorithm of data mining analyzed the student’s grades in college. The mining mainly includes the Comprehensive evaluation of the performance of university students and the influence factors of student’s grades two aspects.First of all, the overall distribution of college students were studied and the comprehensive evaluation of university student achievement. First, we have a preliminary understanding of the overall distribution characteristics by describing the statistical.Then, we make an evaluation of the student’s result, by using the principal component factor analysis, finding out the "comprehensive ability factor" and "analysis ability factor" are the main factors which affecting the university students’ learning. Secondly, the influence factors on student achievement of mining. This article mainly talk of that from three aspects. They are the influence of each semester、the influence of the course grade and the students learning behavior habits. Firstly, using the correlation coefficient method, to explore the relationship between each semester, students and obtained second and fourth semester course caused the differentiation of university students’ grades. Then, using the first year university course score as independent variables, establish the multiple regression model, the basic course of computer algorithmic language and programming, computer application foundation of Higher Algebra and analytic geometry, the mathematical analysis of the door is a key subject of students. However, due to differences in student achievement is not only the subject factors more is the internal factors of students. The habit of students’ learning behavior of students on the academic performance of students plays a decisive role. In view of this situation, this paper designed the “College Students’ learning behavior questionnaire”. According to the investigation data, the establishment of the C5.0 decision tree model, finding out the "students’ classroom learning" and " the completion of the work for students at ordinary times " are the key factors influencing college students’ learning, and the decision tree model was established the evaluation model.
