Information about how to capture the nature of visual images and store has always been a people more attention topic. In recent years, with the continuous progress of electronic science and technology, video technology to get fast development, all kinds of video collection equipment emerge in endlessly, video for its good visual and real time has been more and more attention. And image acquisition as essential a part of video technology, also obtained the rapid development and is widely applied in all walks of life, especially in the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau, the natural environment is relatively poor areas of grazing ban, ecological protection, animal migration in the areas of application.In this paper after studing the environmental conditions of the Tibetan region, based on the current image acquisition system structure is complex, high power consumption, combined with the vast and sparsely populated Tibetan region, abundant solar energy resources, etc. on the basis of image acquisition solar power supply system and sound control module LD3320 specially added to adapt to the condition of wild resources, and connecting with the TI company’s ultra-low power MSP430 micro-controller is designed a solar acoustic image acquisition system, the design structure of the system are given with the block diagram, the module of image acquisition system hardware circuit diagram and software programs, etc. Through test show that the system can be a very good image information acquisition and output show that the image is clear, without distortion, solar panels can stable for the system power supply at the same time, application prospect in the field of outdoor scientific research widely.
