Telemetry Converter is the core of the rocket telemetry system. In the process of launching rockets, it provides all of the rocket flight parameters for the ground, so it demands for high accuracy and high reliability to Telemetry Converter. Telemetry Converter Test-Equipment is the ground test equipment dedicated for Telemetry Converter, it is a large application equipment including automatic Generation,automatic detection,automatic meter and data analysis.Through analyzing the system function indicators given by task, the paper presents the design program of Test-Equipment. FPGA entered as the whole circuit control logic are used successfully, it improve the system reliability, safety and easy maintainability effectively. Board designs used plug-in structure, plug-and-play, it has a standby vertical cell, so it has the functional expandability.In part of the hardware circuit design, This paper describes the Power Modules,CAN Node Modules,PCM receive Modules and Command Signal Generation Module.In part of the software design, Procedures on the CAN bus node module was elaborated.Project is background of this paper. Has completed the project description request not only in the design, simultaneously is also to Test-Equipment's key technologies detailed research. Through joint test of Test-Equipment and Telemetry Converter, the whole system is working properly, and test bench can meet all mission requirements.
