Research On The Media Environment In The Era Of New Media

With the arrival of the revolution of information technology around the world and the rise of Internet, various media related to the technology are developing rapidly. New media, such as mobile phones, digital TV sets, blogs, internet broadcasts and etc, have reached various fields of communication activities, which are secretly changing the whole situation of human information communication activities. New media in the digital age have brought about great changes in the modes of information communication and human information process and state of life. Presently, researches concerning communications are increasingly booming, which include media ecology, media environment, media and social changes, the cooperation of old and new media in numerous fields.By analyzing and summarizing, this paper arrives at the conclusion that old and new media constantly change the relationship between them to converge and co-exist through collisions and various media forms begin to mix together. The choice and application of new media have played an important role in communication activities. Furthermore, the problems such as the technology of new media and interaction and etc, make communication functions more important. The rise of new media gradually constructs new media environment and the new media environment puts forth new choices for information communication, the development of industry and the patters of existence of human society.
