Research And Development Of Embed DNC Compositive Control System Base On Industrial Ethernet

This paper studied on the development of the DNC technology in home and abroad, researched on the basic requirement of manufacturing workshop, designed a kind of Embed DNC integrated control system base on industrial Ethernet. This paper entered on the network depend on which DNC system run, studied and built up workshop LAN model that found on industrial Ethernet, adopted redundant star topology structures to build up LAN environment which is speedily, steadily and has great anti-jamming ability.PC104 mainboard is adopted, embed DNC intelligent terminal system is designed and the DNC network configuration process is also elaborated. The conversion from RS-232C serial interface to 10Mbps Ethernet interface, the data transmission which supported by standard RS-232C interface and serial communication interface with the character of special communication protocols is actualized and the generalized DNC founction is also realized.This paper proposed the standard of date transfer format by researching the date transfer models of numerical control systems in the manufacturing workshop. The different NC systems can be availably integrated by using the new standard and operating the control panel of the NC equipments. This paper analyzed the communication protocols of different numerical control systems, applied the plugged-program technology to the DNC system. The drivers can be compiled for different numerical control systems in this paper, so the DNC system can identify the kinds of numerical control system and transfer date automatically.In order to improve the function of resuming of NC program and achieve the veracity of continued transmission, the hardware design has been optimized, the capacity of the memory has been enhanced. The communication collision has been resolved by software design when many different numerical control equipments are working at the same time.
