With the development of Chinese economy, Automobile has become one of pillar industries in China, so the qualities of automobile have been more and more important. Currently, the level of Chinese automobile quality management has just crossed the stage of quality control, and runs to the stage of incomplete total quality management. There are some issues of current automobile quality management, such as modern quality management theory has not been promoted, quality data is hard to get, quality information can not been searched quickly. Automobile quality tracking system is established by using RFID technology, on the one hand it can achieve automatic identification and data collection, on the other hand it can implement centralized management of Automobile information to ensure automobile quality.This paper researches on automobile quality tracking system based on RFID technology, the main contents are as follows. First of all, this paper expounds the development of automotive industry in our country, points out that the level of Chinese automotive quality management is just at the stage of incomplete total quality management, then proposes the problems and analyses this problems at the stage. Secondly, this paper builds and analyses quality management system based on RFID technology in according to ISO standards, it also points out that the open mode should be used to track automobile in automobile quality tracking. Thirdly, this paper analyses automotive manufacturing process currently and identifies shortcomings of the process, then it chooses RFID devices by analyzing them, and improves automobile quality tracking management by using RFID technology. Finally, this paper researches in experiment of automobile quality tracking system, the main contents are operating environment, architecture, key technologies and main functions in the system.
