Nowadays, the environmental protection and the resources economization has become a hot issue to the whole society, while the rapid development of products manufacturing accelerated the pace of products renewal which resulting in lots of waste products include household appliances,automobiles etc. On the one hand, whether these products can be effectively recovered and reused is a key issue;on the other hand, some of these waste products containing the prohibition and restriction substances, which is bound to cause great pollution. Therefore, recycling waste products is of great significance.Improving the recyclability and recoverability of the products should take consideration of the entire product-life cycle. At the product design phase, material selection of products should be controlled to reduce the prohibition and restriction substances, also to improve re-manufacturability and dismantlability of the products which is end of life.On the basis of the analysis of product's basic terms about recovery and recycling and the calculation method of their recoverability rate and recyclability rate of domestic criterion after investigation in enterprises, the paper introduce the key technologies to improve recyclability and recoverability of products. According to the above theory combined with enterprises'needs, establishing the frame of products material data system face to their recovery and recycling and developing the prototype system, presentation the system design and implementation of each module detailedly. Based on B/S three-tier architecture, the system was developed by using MVC framework and Java EE platform which simplifies the client and makes the system can be expanded and maintained easily.Based on the above technology,the system realize the management of product data materials,BOM,dismantling information,recovery and recycling etc,which can improve the recyclability and recoverability of products though the entire product-life cycle. Finally, validate the feasibility of the system by testing each module of the system.
