With the continuous improvement of the people's living standards,idle old objects in the home have gradually increased.Under the "Internet+" background,how to use Internet technology to achieve the convenient recycling of old materials becomes a trend for the recycling of old materials.In response to the past pains of recycling old materials,an old material recycling system that combines the core functions of old material recovery,reputation evaluation,and order allocation as well as the practical requirements of old material recycling with Internet technology,to help old recyclers is proposed and implemented.Realize the transaction of old goods online with the seller can facilitate the transaction of the old goods of both parties.The main research results include:(1)According to the requirements of reputation evaluation in the old material recovery system,and against the problem of reputation fraud in e-commerce transactions,a DPE-Sporas reputation evaluation model with dynamic penalty factor is proposed.The fraud penalty factor is determined based on the user's reputation value,and the system may detect the presence of reputation fraud.Deviations are reasonably corrected,and different levels of reputational penalties are reasonably made to different fraudulent users.The true degree of the user's reputation is improved,and the validity of the model improvement is verified through multiple sets of comparative experiments.(2)Through the rational formulation of order allocation criteria,a multi-objective order allocation model with a speed correction factor was established based on the automatic allocation of orders by the old material recovery system.In order to solve the problem of execution time estimation deviation when assigning the average speed to orders,we propose to use different time periods to determine different speed correction factors,effectively improve the time estimation of order allocation,and verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm through comparison experiments.(3)A convenient old product recovery system was implemented and the aforementioned reputation evaluation model and order allocation model were integrated into a unified according to the practical requirements of the recycling of old materials.The old material recovery system mainly includes four basic function modules:the recycler module,the salesperson module,the reputation evaluation,and the order allocation.The system achieves a good recovery of the online old materials and facilitates the transaction of the old materials of both parties.
