The passenger vehicle has become a pillar industry in Automobile ManufactureIndustry. With the sharply increasing production output and ownership of passengervehicles and people’s increasing environmental consciousness, the environmentalproblems in the process of discard passenger vehicles’ recycling have been drawingmore attention. Thus when designing products, discerptibility and recyclability aredesign elements as important as basic function, security, reliability andmaintenanceability. And many countries have released laws and regulations tonormalize passenger vehicles’ recycling. The trend has become a challenge toautomobile manufacturers. It’s necessary to establish a database for recycling.Based on a large amount of references and materials, deficiencies of environmentalprotection in information management system have been found in which the currentrecycling process was analyzed. In terms of improving the information system onprotecting environment, a concept named parts-disassembling depth is applied and adisassembling model based on the method of LCIA is built to decide disassemblingprocess.Associated data are collected and processed. And the designing details aboutimproved passenger vehicles’ information management system are given. By thecombination of disassembling experiments and computer programming technology, amanagement system for disassembling passenger vehicles is developed. The system cansystematize all the cars’ information of structure, material and recycling process andhelp the engineers choose optimal plan. Based on the improved system, test are used toprove its feasibility.
