The majority of traditional cigarette materials management system is manual or semi-automated management, the management department can not accurately, timely grasp of cigarette supply chain information flow, data flow, material flow, capital flows. So the system can not be the cigarette business supplies procurement and distribution, storage, marketing and other aspects of business process valid connection, so it can not effectively reduce production costs and improve product quality.The thesis based on the current the popular lightweight Java EE framework and model-driven architecture of MDA technology combines proposes optimized of cigarette materials management platform design, carries out a detailed design and implementation of the system. The main contents are:bloats problem for the system architecture to optimize the design of the system architecture with multi-layer structure. For the system maintainability, coupling high accurate models of the MDA technology designs to provide a machine to interpret, by setting a good interface and conversion mode, the conversion between the completion of the model by model transformation engine automatically, thereby greatly reducing the dependencies between the various components in the complex system to improve the reusability of the system components. The use of the Hibernate technology in Java EE to solve the system’s data objects can not be effectively encapsulated and maintenance drawbacks, the use of object-relations-mapping the ORM schema design system data persistence layer to achieve a transparent way cigarette materials management data object manipulation and access, it is more important is to effectively solve the heterogeneous data inconsistency problem by data encapsulation.The application shows that this study effectively shorten the cycle of system design and development, promote maintainability and performance of the system greatly enhance, optimize the configuration and integration of heterogeneous data resources of distributed systems, Java EE and MDA in the field of technology applied to cigarette supplies, has strong theoretical significance and practical value for the development of the cigarette of enterprise modernization supplies system.
