Production scheduling is the core of the production management of enterprises.if the enterprise of steel wire rope want to win in the fierce competition, it must reasonably make production scheduling, improve the production efficiency of enterprises, reduce the cost and shorten the production cycle.At present, most of the steel wire rope enterprises make production scheduling by the person in our country, there are some problems, for example, the cycle of making planning is long, the optimization effect of production scheduling is not good enough, device capabilities can’t work effectively and it only make the static schedule. in this paper, I will research and develop on production scheduling system of steel wire rope, main work is as follows:This paper discusse the industry status of steel wire rope, analyse the background and significance of this paper, introduce the basic concept and development of the APS and the development of scheduling.Introduce product characteristics and production process of steel wire rope, discuss the scheduling problems of classification and research methods of job shop scheduling problems, analyse the characteristics of problem.Through analyse the actual process of production scheduling of steel wire rope, design the production scheduling system of wire rope, described the specific implementation technology in detail, system is mainly to implement these functions: the functions of assembling steel wire rope, management of BOM, the machine information management, the graphical display of the machine ability calendar, the function of contract entry, product production mode, distribution of products to a specific machine, make production scheduling and graphic display the results, dynamic adjustment of the graphic display the results.Analyse the production scheduling algorithm of system,three priority dispatching rules of simulation experiment was carried out and discussed.The production scheduling system of steel wire rope can optimize production scheduling of the enterprise, and it can shorten the production cycle, display the gantt chart of scheduling results, dynamic adjustment gantt chart of scheduling result, dynamic adjustment the emergency of scheduling, it can provided scientific and rational methods for production management of enterprises.
