With the development of communication, the requirements of communication power source are higher and higher, so the research on communication power supervising system becomes more and more important. Based on the communication protocol of the host computer and its main functions, this paper designs a kind of subordinate computer of communication power supervising system which is embedded in rectifier module.Firstly, this paper finishes designing the block diagram of the subordinate computer after considering the main functions of the subordinate computer and additional functions of the rectifier module. Also it analyzes the realization methods of every module in detail, confirms the type of some important chips and finally supposes some possible problems of PCB then proposes the solving methods correspondingly in detail.Secondly, this paper analyzes both current-sharing system and temperature detection system in detail. This paper utilizes a kind of averaging current-sharing method because of its simple control principle and high current-sharing precision. To improve reliability of current-sharing method and preplan for the following research, an intelligent current-sharing method which combines hardware with software is proposed. Experiments show that the method is feasible and current-sharing precision satisfies the demands.Finally, to design a high precision temperature detection system, this paper chooses a relatively high precision detection circuit—voltage source NTC resistor detection circuit and then takes a linear compensation for the circuit. Secondly, this paper proposes three methods for curve-fitting of R-T(Resistor-Temperature) based on MATLAB and chooses the Lagrange arithmetic which brings less error relatively to fit the curve. Finally, a complex filtering arithmetic is used for filtering the results of temperature detected after analyzing the characteristic of internal noise of switch power source, this paper also makes the filtering coeffeciences be dynamic. The performance of filtering is demonstrated to be improved significantly through simulation in MATLAB.The subordinate computer in this paper has been applied in LVT Corporation and runs well.
