The traditional engineering testing instruments are composed of discrete functional modules connected with wires, thus, having the disadvantages of big circuit board, high power consumption, complex connection and low anti-noise ability. With the increasing development of embedded system, micro-electronic and wireless network technology, novel ideas of designing engineering testing instruments and their new way of realization have been formed recently, which may break through the conventional design pattern.This subject is aimed at researching the design of PSoC and CyFi-based wireless and intelligent static load test system, which combines the theory of pile bearing capacity test of the static load test. The system has powerful functions of data acquisition, processing data, and it could be re-configured based on the system requirements. It overcomes the defects of traditional static load test instruments, such as limitation of processing ability, lack of high-performance wireless communication. The performance of new system is improved greatly.This system utilizes CY8C24894 as controlling module due to the requirement of its pattern and function. The framework based on the sub-nodes, the aggregation node and the host computer are introduced, and the hardware structure of nodes, sensors and wireless communication modules are designed. Moreover, the software processes of data gathering, hydraulic control, each nodes and host computer control and communication are presented. At last, it helps to achieve the USBUART successful, which simulates the serial communication.This system has the advantages of low cost, high integration, excellent stability and low consumption of power as well as upgraded system and ability of changing quickly. Additionally, the system becomes down-sized, wireless and highly-efficient due to CyFi low-power wireless solution. It's validated by rigorous testing that the system is high accuracy, easy for operation, real-time and low power. Therefore, the system can be widely utilized for current static load test projects. The novel ideas of this paper should prove beneficial to the design of new virtual intelligent instrument.
