Loudspeaker is an electrical device that converts electrical signals into sound signals and electrical energy into sound energy.With the continuous improvement of people's living standard,loudspeaker system has been widely used.The traditional loudspeaker has some problems such as poor directivity,short propagation distance and weak sound field control ability.In recent years,the loudspeaker array technology has been more and more attention,become research focus in the field of the speaker.In this thesis,the engineering application of loudspeaker array technology was studied,and a cost-effective loudspeaker array system was designed based on the PSoC and D class amplifier technology.The system has high energy utilization efficiency,strong sound field control ability and wide application value in agriculture,broadcasting,entertainment and other fields.The main points of this thesis are as follows:(1)A main control board based on PSoC is designed.The control board has a variety of input and output ports,powerful digital subsystem and analog subsystem.The power supply circuit,reset circuit,clock circuit and external audio processing circuit of the control board are designed.(2)Audio signal acquisition and output circuit are designed.The signal acquisition circuit is composed of audio amplifier,anti-aliasing filter and ADC circuit modules.The ADC module is designed by PSoC module.Audio signal output circuit is composed of four-channel DAC,smoothing filter and other circuit modules.The anti-aliasing filter and smoothing filter circuits are all four-order active low-pass filter circuits designed with high precision operational amplifier.The digits of ADC and DAC modules are 16 bits.(3)A class D power amplifier is designed.The power amplifier circuit is designed by using IRS2092 audio chip and high performance IRFB4227 power amplifier.The IRFB4227 transistor can cooperate with the digital power amplifier to output a larger power,while ensuring a lower distortion of the output signal.(4)A set of loudspeaker arrays with 4×3 moments is designed.Based on the PSoC's main control board,audio signal input,output circuit and class D power amplifier designed above,a complete loudspeaker array system is constructed.The corresponding software system is compiled and the experimental test is completed.
