In order to make photovoltaic power generation system has been widely used, the need for effective management of solar energy to increase their efficiency.Programmable System on Chip (Programmable System on Chip, PSoC) with low power consumption,high integration,fast response,equipped with a number of programmable digital blocks and analog blocks advantages. Therefore, this article the first time, has designed a new type of solar energy based on the PSoC controller. PSoC control unit through the timer at a fixed interval of time, using incremental conductance control algorithm, after the sampling of the solar cell voltage and current signal analysis algorithms, the use of regulating the duty cycle of PWM control signal to achieve the output of solar cells The maximum power point tracking control (Maximum Power Point Tracking, MPPT), increasing its efficiency; In the battery charging process, this paper has taken the battery terminal voltage disconnect circuit testing methods; the battery discharge process, to take connected load detection method. Achieve accurate detection of battery capacity and effective to prevent the battery overcharge, over-discharge occurrence and prolong its service life.
