With the rapid economic development and social progress,the scale of the city constant to expand,population constant to increase,urban transportation problems become increasingly prominent.Development of urban public transportation is a global trend and is also the key to solve urban traffic problems of our country.Bus dispatching plays an important role in the development of urban transportation.The level of bus dispatching management plays a decisive role in the quality of public transportation operations.Conventional bus dispatching management mainly bases on manual operation mode and costs enormous amounts of human and financial resources.The fact in our country that the bus dispatching method is generally lag causes a huge waste of public transportation resources.Therefore,how to optimize bus dispatching method and how to apply modern technology of information and computer science in public transportation for the effective regulation and management have become the key issues of urban development.This thesis regards Guangzhou trolley dispatching and decision-making system as the project background.This thesis mainly describes the design of public transportation static dispatching and decision-making system,the implementation of the map function module and the garages decision-making calculation method.According to the vehicles storage results of system operation,bus policy makers can make a reasonable plan of vehicles storage.They can also use the system to make a reasonable plan of bus fuel.First,the key technologies used in the system is introduced.The system is designed based on the analysis of the user reqirement.The system function and every module are described. Secondly.The implementation of the main modules of the system are described in detail. Finally, an algorithm is probed into for garage decision-making combined with transportation problem. A model of vehicle storage is established which can make the total invalid mileage as short as possible. The result of garage decision-making can help the bus company to make scientific decision.
