This paper studies some problems that can hardly be described and be resolved by exact math formulas on operational research. This project uses man-machine cooperation database design based behavior and man-machine cooperation operational arithmetic for selecting ship, distributing ship, distributing cabin, matching ship and harbor in "The Army Waterway Transportation DSS" of logistics ministry of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. These methods exert the advantage of computer high-speed iterative algorithm and the human experience and the human intelligence. The problem gets resolved well. The fact is that they improve the modernization level of our army doing the waterway transportation.
