Electronic Simulation Model Of Public Decision-making Research

With the progress of science, decision-making model simulation design has become an important part of the public decision-making application as well as a strong impetus to the advance of China's public decision-making. However, one of the difficulties in its smooth development is about the problem of the public decision-making electronic simulation modeling. How to analyze the characteristics of the decision-making model, the objects of the abstract model and the model application is always the focus of the researchers in related fields.This thesis, starting from above-mentioned research questions, tries to solve them by means of modeling. Based on the theories of the public decision-making and its modeling, the article conducts analysis from the perspective of system or object behaviors, with the assistance of electronic simulation as the means of modeling and presentation.Any presentation or summary of methods lies in a large amount of research work. In order to fulfill this task, the author referred to many documents available and made detailed analysis and comparison. Therefore, this thesis is largely about the analysis of the application of the electronic simulation model.The study mainly deals with five aspects: the generalization of some basic concepts, the explanation of the core theories, the analysis of model and methods, the structural analysis of simulation design, and the support of the application of the simulation model.By summing up the concepts of public decision-making, e-government, simulation technology, which serve as the theoretical basis of correspondingly technical points, the thesis discusses the structure and components of the electronic simulation model of public decision-making, and analyzes the modeling, application, evaluation and usage of the electronic simulation model. After the analysis of the characteristics of the public decision-making electronic simulation model , the comparison of the virtual models and realistic models and the support of the application model, the thesis puts forward the author's ideas and points of views, with the study of the model construction in the virtual environment and the design process for the application model.The thesis puts forwards the design components of "Electronic simulation of decision-making model" and gives a detailed description of specific procedures of the model simulation in application. It follows the way of thinking from the system behavior to physical object behavior, being an embodiment of the virtual model methods and in line with the decision makers'way of thinking.
