| Shanxi Mobile co., ltd has a good GSM network coverage all of the province, which can provide high-quality voice service. The network is not only a very valuable kind of resource for the company, but also an advantage of Shanxi Mobile co., ltd. Making full use of the existing GSM network resources to build a TD-SCDMA/GSM tightly integrated network,and taking good advantage of the TD-SCDMA/3G network in mobile packet service,are two important points to be considered in the next phase of construction in Shanxi Mobile 2G/3G wireless network.This document was completed basing on the requirements of integration of the two networks, adhering to the spirit"AN INTEGRATION NETWORK"of China Mobile, and was written according to the mobile group's hybrid network principles and strategies proposed for GSM/TD-SCDMA.
