The rapid development of value-added services provides lots of opportunies for telecom operators who also make lots of profits. CRBT (Color Ring Back Tone) is one of the most profitable service among all the fast growing services.With the significant increase of the number of customers, CRBT makes ARPU growth a lot. Meanwhile how to provide a stable, robust CRBT system to cater the demand of customers and how to make a quick response to malfunction make a big challenge to the network managers.The fierce competition also aggravated the pressure of telecom operators, which force service provider improve their products'quality and make efforts on building a efficient operation supporting system.This article is aimed to build a performance analysis system to meet the CRBT system maintenance demands.The performance analysis system is customers-oriented, using KPI, KQI model which proposed by ITU-T,implementing the K2K algorithm as its scoring algorithm. The performance analysis system provides various moniter tools, includes comprehensive KPI indicators,uses efficient moniter mechanism,posts precise alarms and showes visual runtime performance data. It is believed that lots of monitering work would be mitigated,responding time to malfunction would be greatly shortened, and the cost of maintenance would be decreased markedly if this system is applied widely.In the first chapter, relative backgrounds and basic concept of the performance analysis system are introduced and the main apply scenario is also described. The work flow of CRBT system is discussed to present how the performance analysis system meets the demand of monitering. At the last of the chapter the system's technical background and the targets of the system are introduced.The second chapter is focused on introducing the K2K algorithm and the flow of KQI definiton in CRBT system which is used in the performance analysis system.In the third chapter, the main architecture of the system and the overall designs of server and agent are overviewed.Chapter four and chapter five detailed the designs of main sub-models in the server and agent. Flowcharts and Class diagrams are given to illustrate how the sub-models work. Performance analysis model and data analysis model are underlined to show the technical difficulties during implemention of the whole system.The last chapter introduces the application of the performance analysis system and the weakness, therefor pictured possible improvements aspects to make the system work better.
