CRBT (Coloring Ring Back Tone) now has become an important business, which provides for the major operators good income. Since the born of CRBT, the speed of its development is very high. But as its popularity, the growth momentum has been slowed. The number of users who unsubscribe is keeping increasing. CRBT marketing has transformed from the extensive growth into refining marketing. Major carriers have adopted a variety of marketing methods to promote the expansion of CRBT to increase their income. In line with the company which introduced a variety of marketing activities, it needs to develop a system to support the CRBT business. It also needs to adopt data mining methods for refining CRBT marketing.This thesis, according to a China Mobile provincial company's needs that the company's business operations system in the province should be added a CRBT support system in order to achieve unity of business support. Users can use CRBT system to complete all of the features for CRBT, the main functions of these business includes groups CRBT business functions, personal CRBT business functions, polyphonic CRBT card business functions, statistical functions CRBT report, CRBT recommended function. CRBT System is developed based on BOSS (Business Operations Support System) and run on BOSS, it calls the interface of BOSS, which contains billing, accounting, customer service functions to achieve the complex business which original ring tones can not achieve. CRBT recommended method uses generating the data cube to get meaningful association rules. And based on the past user information & association rules, it provide for custom a variety of ways CRBT recommendation.This thesis, firstly, give the introduction of the development of the situation for CRBT and China Mobile's BOSS system. Then we analysises needs of the provincial company. According to the needs on the system it shows the overall design, introduces the key technologies used in the system and the design of database. After that the methods for the design and implementation of each module are given, so are the testing of the system. After a careful testing, the system has been deployed in use. By using this system, we realize the unity of CRBT support. Through CRBT recommendation module, we enhance the user customization rate, increases the company's revenues.
