Research And Implementation Of CRBT Marketing Integrated Information Platform Of Sichuan Mobile

Color Ring Back Tone Service (CRBT for short) is a feature to enable a calling subscriber to hear a music tone, instead of the old-fashioned ring-back tone, while waiting for the called subscriber to answer the call. The CRBT service is firstly introduced in China by China Mobile Communications Corporation. CRBT service has been developed rapidly .It also raised serial fierce competition between operator because of its novel and personalized service feature. The favorable prospect and matter-confronted actuality of CRBT service impels the operators to make subscriber-partition, subscriber-behavior-analysis and purposeful sales promotion, etc.Firstly, the entire CRBT service will be introduced in this thesis, and then a solution to CRBT Marketing Integrated Information Platform of Sichuan Mobile will be proposed. Secondly, After deeply analyzed the function requirement, data requirement of the CRBT Marketing Integrated Information Platform, and its relation to other Business Management Systems, the system integration model will be created, which described the relation between CRBT Marketing Integrated Information Platform and other Business Management Systems exactly, and made clear what information is needed and from where it can obtain to satisfy the needs for CRBT service. Thirdly, the system function model will be established, which described the function requirement of CRBT Marketing Integrated Information Platform exactly. And system function model will be expressed by UML through use case model, class and object model. The database concept and logic model will be established based on the relational database. Fourthly, By setting up a role-based safety control model, the character of user roles and system security will be taken into account. In finally partial of this thesis, in order to promote the efficiency of development and the flexibility, security, practicability of the system, the system will be separated into multilevel and the Struts application framework , which is an implement of MVC design pattern, will be used in the implement stage,By using this system, the analysis of the production data and business data will be more accurate, timely and effectively. Namely, the business management and staff efficiency will be enhanced. As a plus feature, the uniform of user management, resource management and access control will be accomplished.
