Since the heavy competition and the diversified need, it becomes an important issue of developing various incremental projects, finding new profit points, and promoting ARPU value, on the base of the existing net resource. And in all incremental projects that the mobile operators recommended, the Customized Ring Back Tone (CRBT) caters to most users and becomes extremely popular because of the fashionable style, creative idea, unlimited using, freely publishing, and the ideal charge.This article based on the practical configures of Jinan CDMA CRBT System, and discussed the feasible operations, calling procedures, interrelated interface etc, as well as the problems that might meet during practice. The key issue of this article is anatomizing the CDMA CRBT calling procedures and interface, including the management CRBT system made to normal incoming calls; additional operations (the Call Forwarding Conditional and Call Forwarding Unconditional); CRBT calling procedure; CRBT calling procedure in CDMA network (power off, busy, paging no response, no answer, waiting, CFU and CFC, etc.); CRBT & CDMA network interface principles; interface restriction and rules which the given interface must follow. The article enumerated a specific problem in CRBT practice, by analyzing the Signaling Procedures, found out the problem, fixed and eventually solved it.By doing this research, I found myself understand the CRBT system better. And thanks for the calling procedure analysis, I have got a clearer understanding to the Signaling Procedure, and also found the passes, methods and tools to analyze communications issue, then solved some problems in CRBT system practice. After this project, my knowledge to CDMA & CRBT improved a lot, and my practicing skill advanced as well. I believe it will help me do a better job in my system/network maintenance work.
