The Analysis And Design Of Hebei Mobile Data Constistency System Between NGBOSS And CRBT Platform

With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, China Mobile has developed a wide range of products and services running on different business platforms of China Mobile and service partners to provide the customers information services that'most advanced, most considerate and most abundant'.NGBOSS system is the support platform for mobile customer to subscribe CRBT(Color Ringing Back Tone) products and open the services. The process includes several steps, such as the mutual operation of the ordering data between the NGBOSS system and CRBT platform, which may inevitably result in the data inconsistencies between the two systems.With the rapid development of CRBT, diversities of service providing methods and business acceptance channels, the billing and business problems of the ordering data inconsistencies between NGBOSS system and CRBT platform become increasingly prominent. For example, User A has the ordering data on NGBOSS system and no ordering data on CRBT platform, the user can not use the service while monthly deductions happens. Or if user A has the ordering data on CRBT platform and no ordering data on NGBOSS, the user can use the service without charging. The data inconsistencies may result in increasing in customer complaints, decreasing in customer service level/satisfaction, loss of business revenue, which cannot be ignored anymore.During the analysis of customer complaints of business support in 2009,'data inconsistencies between NGBOSS system and CRBT platform'is about one third of all problems and it becomes the major reason of business support responsibility. This problem has obviously become the short board of enhancing the quality of service support. In order to reduce the amount of the business/service problems caused by the data inconsistencies, to reduce the amount of customer complaints, to improve customer satisfaction, Hebei Mobile launched projects to strengthen the management of data consistency between NGBOSS system and CRBT platform, and establishes to construct a data consistency management system (The system) between the NGBOSS system and CRBT platform.The system focuses on the ordering data in independent databases of NGBOSS system and CRBT platform, implements the functionalities of data collection, data preprocessing, data reconciliation and data display, establishes synchronization mechanism to reconcile the data automatically, achieves the data consistency between NGBOSS system and CRBT platform.This article describes the requirements analysis and design of the data consistency management system between NGBOSS system and CRBT platform. The system design and implement a replete consistency functional module, specifically including data collection module, data preprocessing module, data reconciliation module, data synchronization module, synchronization rules management module and other auxiliary modules. And the design of system interface is completed to ensure the system users'management of the system.
