Design And Implementation Of Postal Agency Toll System For Electric Power

Agency toll system of electric power of Gansu Postal Corporation (ATSEP) is developed by the province's first e-commerce business. Because it is a secondary development of e-commerce which was finished by Gansu Post, author and her team need study the related technologies from the software framework and function of e-commerce platform which developed by Chinese post group corporation, summarized the flow of the secondary development of information platform, and mastered the information platform API functions which have been packaged after several practice exercises.Based on learning programming language and analysis of software architecture, author researched the soft framework and functional architecture of ATSEP, data communication,and services between information platform and third-party communication. According to the achieving process of development for information platform, this thesis describes requirements and design of ATSEP, analysis detailed the theory of the three-tier C/S structure, B/S structure; the flows of information platform for communications based on Tuxedo C side and S side data; the logic process of secondary development, and expatiates on backstage function and web access patterns of business processing functions. In the end of this dissertation, I summarize the experience and difficult issues in the system exploration and in the research process, a brief description of the deficiencies in the system department, as well as the future developing direction. The ATSEP operated from on-line to the manufacturing operations (more than six months) achieved real business clear upward trend; at present, the current average daily trading amount is about 1500. The ATSEP had brought a good start for E-commerce in GANSU Postal business development, and also had saved, the cost form software development.
