The speech emotion recognition service system based on VAS2000 platform described in this article proposes innovative business solutions against on the business of voice emotion service with single function. The enhancements and characteristics include:the emotion detection and guidance service not related to the specific content of language and conversation; the service functions expanded to benefit the registered users and non-registered users; IVR, SMS, Web and other methods to manage the business, including business registration, cancellation and business property management. In addition, this service has a sophisticated software system. Various functions can be configured independently, which saves a lot of development time for service providers.In this paper, the dedicated scheme of design and implementation is presented in detail.
