With the continuous upgrading of software architecture,SOA has attracted more and more attention.SOA provides a new way to solve the problem of software integration and reuse with its loosely coupled features.Although the implementation is not limited to specific technologies,web service becomes one of the best ways to implement SOA because of its integration,platform independence and loose coupling.As the carrier of various information,data contains deep value.In the area of big data,the volume of data has been counted in TB with the rapid development of internet technology.More and more people start to pay attention to mine deep value of massive data.Users are enjoying the convenience which Web Services offer.But these services are universal which can't satisfy users' customized demands.In addition,how to mine the value of the user' own data further,how to help users to offer their own customized Web Services to others rather just as service consumers,how to provide secure cloud storage,and how to enable users who have no computer programming background to process massive data,these are the key points in this paper.To counter these questions,the work we have done are listed as follows:(1)We propose SSF(Smart Service Framework)which based on Web Service.Designed with the thinking of component,SSF decoupling modules to improve the ability of software reuse and extension and enabling users a convenient way to process data and offer their own services.(2)Traditional cloud storage hasn't provided the function of data processing but data storage.To guarantee the data secure and help users to ETL(extract,transform and load)data according to the customized demands,we designed data storage and ETL model.Furthermore,we proposed Web Service pipeline to combine several Web Services to do complex task.In the process of constructing service pipeline,SSF will verify the quality of the services and dispatch proper services with different algorithms according to the RANK.Through this way,SSF will satisfy users' quick-change demands,increase the efficiency of data processing and rich the function of platform.(3)To verify the availability of SSF,we build an experimental system based on web GIS.Users can upload their own data and customize the data process and presentation mode.The experimental data are mainly in domain of minority villages,and the system provide function of customized cloud storage,ETL and data processing.We designed two experiments for computing oriented service and presentation oriented service which verified the availability and feasibility of SSF.
