With 10/100M/1000Mbit/s widely used Ethernet and enterprise applications from the previous professional gradually extended to the current operations, and with the transmission rate and QoS improvement is further closer to the core network. Ethernet deployment in an increasingly complex and expanding scope of use cases, the time for the opening performance of the network and connectivity will be essential to validate the instrument, and in the daily operation and maintenance process, also require the network operational status monitoring and troubleshooting. So can a portable handheld Ethernet tester needs very urgent. In this paper, handheld Ethernet tester interface subsystem in-depth study.This paper briefly describes the handheld Ethernet tester operating systems and development tools. As an embedded instrument of choice of this system operating system is Microsoft Windows CE 4.2, while the interface system development tool of choice is the eMbedded Visual C++4.0.In this paper, handheld Ethernet tester interface, the system needs a detailed analysis.
