Initially completed based on C#.NET development platform and GIS development of the combination of related components ArcEngine settlement observation of management information system development,effectively would have been measured and data management in determining the floor, body up, and have shown, the query information for settlement observation of high-level basic functions and common operations, basically meet the information management needs.2.
