The Design And Implementation Of University Financial Settlement Information Management System

With the number of students increases unceasingly,and the major is also increasing,the Financial management of Hebei Vocational and teconology of Building Materica has become more and more complicated.It Brings great pressure on the financial staff.This system is designed for the financial information system for Institute of building materials.Traditional financial information management have been unable to meet their needs,so how to manage the financial information has become the most important problem we have to solve in Universities.Developing a financial information management which is perfect,efficient and consistent with the financial needs will play a key role in the development of colleges and universities.Most colleges and universities is still in the traditional way of management,low efficiency,big workload and will cost a lot of manpower and financial resources.The purpose of this paper is to develop a fully functional,modern standard,networking university financial information management system.And bring convenience for college financial department.This system deeply analyzes the research status of university financial information management at home and abroad,aiming at the actual needs of colleges and universities.Popular Java language,JavaEE architecture and B/S model are adopted,In the system's demand analysis stage,The MVC mode is used to separate the modules of the system and the separation of logic.It Makes the developers easier to understand.As for Database,we use the Oracle database.Web server and data server are separated on the Server side,it can largely reduce the interaction.Through the analysis of the system needs,it is divided into 5 primary modules:the basic information management,charge management,the school books management,payment management,and system management.Basic information management is mainly to achieve the management of student accounts,teachers accounts,etc.Including to fill out,modify,and delete the information.The charge management mainly realizes the unified operation and management of various fees in Colleges and universities.School accounts management module is mainly to achieve the management of the school accounts.The payment management module achieve the payment of each department that is audited by the financial department.To sum up,we are fully analyzed the requirements of the university financial information,design and develop the financial information management system suitable for most colleges and universities.And through the practice has proved that this system can be safe and stable operation,implement financial information efficient,scientific and simple management.This system design friendly,simple operation,and easy to learn.
