Design And Implementation Of The Police Geographic Information System

With the rapid improvement and development of GIS system,network video monitoring,Oracle database technology,the police geographic information system can set up a perfect database based on the police collected the basic information,and GIS middleware integration,map search engine,and its population information query system,hotel service system,case management system integration,so as to provide a visual,personalized service management for the police.Firstly,this thesis studies the police geographic information system of the background and current situation at home and abroad,analyzes the problems existing in the system,the purpose and significance of the research system.Secondly,this thesis describes the background of the system,which is the GIS middleware technology,B/S architecture technology,Engine Servlet technology,EJB technology,Oracle database technology,SOA architecture technology,XML technology,for the system design and implementation to lay a solid foundation.Then,this thesis makes the system is feasible,and the system is modeled by using the prototype analysis method and structure technology,and the system's logic functions are derived from the system.Then,this thesis describes the system scalability,system development technology,interface friendly design principle,design the overall function of the system,server deployment architecture,network topology,the use of structured process technology to design each function module,the system of logic business processing algorithms,the use of E-R diagrams and relational table design system database,for the system to achieve.Finally,this thesis uses Java programming language in the eclipse integrated development environment developed a functional police geographic information system,the system can realize the function of mobile police force allocation,real-time query case,major activity plan management,video surveillance management,gives the system implementation of the core of the program,including database persistence layer,business logic layer and presentation layer processing to achieve a perfect system.System test results show that it has good ease of use,reliability,portability and can better improve police geographic information system performance and easy to police complete case management,video monitoring processing and other functions.
