A Study On News Perspective In The Scientific Outlook On Development Context

The Scientific Outlook on Development which includes human-oriented development, overall development , coordinated development and sustainable development is adopted by CPC as a significant strategy-guiding ideology after examining the overall development situation of the Party and the nation. And with its integrity theory shape, the Scientific Outlook on Development has realized understanding union of the development-subject systems, so it is a further-deepen understanding of socialist modernization rules.The new linguistic environment of the Scientific Outlook on Development will inevitably have profound influence to the different social subsystem, such as politics subsystem, the economy subsystem and the culture subsystem and so on. This study ,which takes news choice as the core and takes the implication of The Scientific Outlook on Development as a starting point, has analysis three aspects of News Perspective——news value ,medium function and news balance from three view(the human-oriented view, the general situation view and the harmony view),and then has reached a conclusion: to develop News perspective, we should complete the remolding of news value orientation by a reasonable analysis to the audiences and correct understanding of propaganda value; the medium function localization again is regard as the construction foundation of news perspective, on the other hand, the propaganda value and the party principle could neither be neglected when News perspective in the high speed revolution process. The news balance is the goal of News perspective renew and the result of function conformity of media. In the global dissemination situation, the highest boundary of news balance, through the strengthened country culture dissemination, should be defined to enhance the national cultural soft strength, while keeps watching the environment, should crisis, or awaken the national consciousness, and construct nation image.
