In people's daily life and social production, 80% of the information is spatial characteristics of geographic information, such as map information, environmental monitoring information, hydrologic information, etc., people demand for geographic information is constantly improving, GIS technology as a computer-based technology is gradually emerging from the information storage and management system development to social-oriented public information service system and information systems permeate all walks of life, so to to better meet people's demand for geographic information services, first need to correct and timely collection of various GIS data, GIS data as the "blood" and to ensure the accuracy of the data, current, its direct impact on GIS to provide information service is effective and practical.Present a variety of GIS data to be collected mostly have wide spatial distribution, data volume, etc., many of these data come from a variety of sensor data, especially in some special circumstances, can not take the traditional manual method of collection sites, Most of the scene through a sensor on the temperature, pressure, humidity and other data acquisition, and use of wireless communication networks to transmit these data to the data server, the user can access to the data server-side data, and these data are analyzed. The existing third-generation mobile communications technology than the previous 2G communication technologies: obviously increase the bandwidth, data transfer speed improved significantly, more secure and reliable data transmission characteristics, bandwidth sufficient to carry images, audio, video streaming and other media data, and a variety of remote real-time field data collection, remote control for the equipment foundation.According to the above, this paper designed a microprocessor using the embedded ARM Linux and open source embedded operating system and popular combination of 3G communications technology data acquisition system. Although relatively simple, but it already has the basic functions of data acquisition system, and taking into account the expansion of the software system functions. GPS positioning data acquisition system and sensor technology for an effective combination, can effectively collect geo-spatial coordinates of the sensor data can be collected a number of different signals and different signals corresponding to effectively deal with the transmission of the signal and identification. Data signals to the different organic blend to define a new data format, and send the form by 3G networks. Main results are:1. Designed a new data frame format.
