Research On Reliability Technology Based On Semantic Gateway Heterogeneous System Integration

With gradual maturity and deep implementation of the unit technologies of manufacturing information, more and more manufacturing enterprise's application system, more and more widely coverage, meantime, because of the characteristic of manufacturing information: phased implementation, the differences of semantics and framework are existed among different systems, thereby the transportation of information, exchange of information and integration face difficulties in enterprise application system. In addition, as enterprises'continuous development, the information system needs quickly adapting to the changes of enterprise business, and it makes the manufacturing enterprises put forward higher requirements for systems both in rapid reconstruction and flexible integration.The concepts and ideas of semantic gateway are introduced in this article. It studies a loosely coupled integration pattern of heterogeneous system based on semantic gateway, in this integration pattern, it mainly studies the reliability technologies in the integration, thereby various anomalies and errors occurred in the production process can be reduced and the reliability of the whole system can be improved. This article reads as follow:Firstly, for the demand of heterogeneous system integration for enterprises, using the concepts and ideas of semantic gateway, it studies a loosely coupled integration pattern of heterogeneous system based on semantic gateway, and explains the demand of reliability in the process of integration of the integration pattern.Secondly, according to the demand of heterogeneous system integration reliability based on semantic gateway for enterprises, a heterogeneous system integration reliability architecture based on semantic gateway is established, including reliability overall structure and reliability function structure, and the basic technologies which is involved in the article are studied.Thirdly, around the reliabilitiy system, using the framework of Web Service system and related technologies, it mainly studies the technologies about reliability of information transmission and security of information exchange at the angle of the protocol. The technologies are carried out using Sandesha and Rampart which effectively ensured the information during the reliability of transmission and the security of exchange process. Finally, in the enterparise information construction of Chongqing Jiangjin Turbo & charger machinery limited company, a part of the contents which are studied in this article have been got some experiment in its system integration process, and it achieves the desired results.
