Research On Semantic Gateways-based Heterogeneous Integration Framework For Intermittent Manufacturing

With the maturity and in-depth implementation of manufacturing unit information technology, enterprise application systems are widespread increasingly, at the same time, as a result of the manufacturing information phased implementation, Enterprise Information Systems become more conformable; enterprises have to face the problem of integration between the systems. In addition, the development of enterprises requires information systems to quickly adapt to business changes, the rapid reconstruction of the system and flexible integration.Based on the current interoperability technologies, this article introduce the concept of semantic gateway and its technology, establish a semantic-based gateway services to meet the "fast, flexible, loosely coupled, highly flexible, transparent" demand of heterogeneous enterprise information systems integration. This article reads as follows:Firstly, build the integration model for heterogeneous system based on the semantic framework, the integrated service platform is divided into the framework of the model framework and the framework of the two parts of the basic platform, service platform used to provide a logical framework for the operation of containers for the operation of application services; the basis of the framework for the application services platform providing integrated services.Secondly, based on dynamic business model, the enterprise and business information synchronization mode adapt to the two established the framework of the integrated model of heterogeneous system integration mode, so that the integration between business systems coupling mates are reduced, and allow the integrated business systems to reduce the dependence of the secondary development.At the same time, the key technologies of semantic gateway based on framework for heterogeneous system integration are involved, including: semantic description of standards, standards for semantic mapping, semantic analysis, and semantic routing mechanism for semantic publication and the corresponding update mechanism can be a tool.Finally, this article as an important component of the turbocharger about the national research project (2007AA04Z152) in Jiangjin plant enterprise information integration of heterogeneous systems as a whole has been applied to and made a good effectiveness of the application.
