In the future network environment of integrated service,it is needed to dynamically inquire,combine,invoke different telecom network services in various of isomerous and distributed networks in order to satisfy the complex and intelligent requirements of users.Now the main solution is to put the semantic Web Service technich in in the telecom service area to support service atomic inquiring and combination。In Internet area,semantic web become a hot spot with big potentiality. Semantic web supports service's automatically discovery,dynamic composition,intelligent matching and execution monitor.Considering the existing questions in the using of semantic web s ervice in telecom service area,and the previous production of our project—intelligent telecom service model,in this paper,we proposed the concept of associated service,the associated service is aimed to deal with the relationship between different telecom network capability services。In this paper we also design and implement a semantic parlay X gateway,it is semantic web service interfaces,and is accurately and semanticly described.The gateway is the service provider in the intelligent telecom service model.In this chapter,we also present the particular process of how to describe the Parlay X web service using owl-s.furthermore,we expound the key questions we meet in this process,and the solution is also mentioned.In the later part of this paper,we design and implement a semantic UDDI which can support the registion and matching of various service provided by various networks and from various fields.In the last part of this paper,we design the service to test the all work in this paper,in order to ensure the they are meaningful and usful.
