With the rapid development of computer and network technology, lots Information Systems based on computer technologies have been accomplished in almost every organization. Due to some relative independence between enterprises or departments in enterprise, and short of consolidated plan and standard when designing application systems, the systems and the data of these information systems has properties of distributed, autonomous and heterogeneous. It is an urgent problem that how to resolve sharing, maintenance and management of information between enterprises or enterprise's departments and synchronously dealing with distributed and heterogeneous data. Heterogeneous data integration technology not only can integrate the relative data resources within enterprises but also collect relative information from external enterprises through the system which can provide support for enterprises to make decision with solving the problem of integrating multi-platform, multi-application, multi-structure.In the thesis, problems of heterogeneous data integration needed to resolve raised with analyzing characteristics of heterogeneous data. XML technology applying in the application of GIS System and heterogeneous data integration technology based on mediation/wrapper technology was researched. General architecture design and deployment solution of system was raised based on integrated and development of The Surface Construction Information System of Shengli Oilfield, detailed analyzing of spatial data maintenance process and data collected process of GIS system.The application deployment solution has been applied into data collected system of The Surface Construction Information System of Shengli Oilfield. The System unified Geographic Information System of Shengli Oilfield and all of oil extraction factories into unified Arc GIS Geographic Information System, standardized data collection process and ensure the accuracy of the Data Source Database. Thesis discussed the realization of the system architecture, data structure and logic implementation of the system. The system function verified by two models—the model of engineering data collection and maintenance and the model of engineering data query.Practice proves that three-tier architecture design solution consist of the presentation layer, business logic layer and server layer not only solved the practical problems of heterogeneous data integration but also has the characteristic of data sources expansibility, function expansibility, system maintainability. The system can greatly met computer client's business data requirements of users. It has realized geographical information analysis, played important role in data integration of the enterprise data center and oilfield data center and brought greatly economy efficiency.
