Geographic information resource is the most important foundation in the construction of Smart City. Gradually in the unification of data standards and standardization of data management today, there are still a lot of ’islands of information’, so that all kinds of massive geographic data resources cannot utilize and share. At the same time, there are also prominent issues in reliability, security and present situation of data resource. Therefore, this thesis will solve these issues based on the complete technical solutions of geographic information data warehouse for. Smart City and the design and implementation of a System for Geographic Information Data Warehouse.First, this thesis proposes the complete technical system of geographic information data warehouse for Smart City, including Composition of totality, Construction architecture and so on. By the analysis of a series of key technologies, researching key technologies of data warehouse technology include the multi-dimensional geographic information resources unified cataloging management technology, the massive dynamic geographic information technology of Smart City, the geographic information data organization and management technology of multi-dimensional city for personalized service, the variety of geographical information products production of Smart City and shared services technology, etc., and this thesis proposes the corresponding technological schemes.Secondly, Throughthe design and implementation of geographic information Data Warehouse system for Smart City, we can validates the feasibility of key technology results. The System development includes data resource management, geographic information data integrating conversion, geographic information data exchange, geographic information product manufacture, system management and so on four prototype modules.Lastly,This thesis will combine the research and development of key technology and System,Finally a breakthrough of the traditional limitations of city geographic information database, Complete the design and implementation of a System for geographic information Data Warehouse for Smart City, Supports a variety of city of geographic information and data resources, centralized storage, unified management, dynamic integration, on-demand service, sharing and exchange, linkage updating, so we can provide a standard, open, safe, stable data environment for various application service for Smart City.
